Gonzo Rosso Forges Business Alliance with Moli Publish

GDH K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Tetsuo Karasawa, Securities Code: TSE Mothers 3755, hereinafter GDH) announced that its group company GONZO Rosso K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Managing Director: Hideki Moriya, hereinafter GONZO Rosso) has formed a business alliance with Moli Publish Limited (Head Office: Shanghai, China, CEO: George Lin, hereinafter MOLI).

MOLI is a subsidiary of Moli Group Limited, a leading company in the online entertainment industry in China, and focuses on development and operation of MMORPG*s. With worldwide operation bases, Moli's business extends to a wide variety of other online entertainment content such as casual games and mobile games. The company's online games are in service at more than 20,000 internet cafes in China. Using its global network of distribution channels such as those in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other Asian territories as well as in North America and Russia, Moli is continuously expanding its business.

GONZO Rosso has launched MMORPGs developed in-house such as PANDORA SAGA and The Tower of DRUAGA -the Recovery of BABYLIM- this year. It is actively promoting its international presence, mainly in Asian territories such as China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong through Goldsky Digital Technology Limited (Head Office: Taipei, Taiwan, CEO: Huang Chi Cheng), its subsidiary in Taiwan.

Through this alliance, GONZO Rosso will license to Moli, the worldwide publishing rights (excluding Japan) for The Tower of DRUAGA -the Recovery of BABYLIM-, and the publishing rights of PANDORA SAGA in North America. Moli will license to GONZO Rosso the publishing rights in Japan for King of Pirate Online, a Moli game which currently has over 7 million users. By exploiting one another's international distribution channels, GONZO Rosso and Moli aim to expand their respective service areas and user bases. The two companies also plan to collaborate strategically on future MMORPG development.

The GDH group will continue to provide game content to the global market and promote its online gaming business through GONZO Rosso.
