Plot Summary: Set in a town where an eternal rainbow hangs over its denizens and grants them the gift of magic under the condition: when two hearts are one, anything the Giver wishes for will come to pass. Haruhiko Amami faces an emotional struggle when his non-related foster sister Riko Fukumine returns to his town after many years of seperation.
