Ize Press Brings Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story to Print in 2026
posted on by Wonhee Cho

Ize Press announced on Friday that Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story will make the leap from digital to print next year. The first volume of the reincarnation romance fantasy will arrive in February 2026, marking its debut in physical bookstores across North America.
The series—illustrated by A-jin, adapted by DOYOSAY, and based on an original story by Lemon Frog—follows Suna Choi, who wakes up in the body of Edith Rigelhof, the villainess from her favorite romance novel. Armed with knowledge of how villainess reincarnation stories are “supposed” to unfold, Edith sets out to rewrite her fate and earn her happy ending. But her efforts are thwarted at every turn: her new husband, Killian Rudwick, is intent on despising her, and her attempts to fix Edith's reputation all fail. It soon feels as if an unseen force is keeping the story on script—leaving Edith to fight for a future that defies the novel's tragic ending.
Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story first launched on WEBTOON in 2023. As of August 2025, the series has surpassed 123 million views worldwide. The main story spans two seasons with 100 episodes in total, while additional side stories remain ongoing.
The English print edition of Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story will be distributed by major retailers, including Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Amazon, and independent bookstores. Copies will also be available directly through the Ize Press webstore. Pre-orders are expected to open later this month.
