Spy x Family Takes Over Yokohama's Waterfront Minatomirai District

The SPY×FAMILY franchise revealed the key art for its upcoming collaboration event at the waterfront Minatomirai district in central Yokohama City. The collaboration will feature several activities between August 23 and October 13. The key visual feature SPY×FAMILY characters Anya Forger, Becky Blackbell, Damian Desmond, Emile Elman, and Ewen Egeberg at the Yokohama Landmark Plaza and Mark Is mall.

Fans can receive an Anya Forger paper face hat, take part in a stamp rally, receive a collaboration sticker with a purchase of 2,000 yen (about US$14) or higher in the event area, join a meet-and-greet with SPY×FAMILY characters, make a SPY×FAMILY uchiwa hand fan, "fish" for water balloon yoyos in a tub, and post photos on social media for a chance at a prize during the event period. The site also notes the event plans to expand to central Yokohama City and waterfront districts on September 27 in conjunction with the premiere of SPY×FAMILY anime's third season.

The Anya Forger paper face hats will be distributed on August 23, 24, 30, 31, September 13, 14, 27, 28, and October 11 and 12 at the Sakata Seed Garden Square on Yokohama Landmark Plaza's first floor between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., also at the Mark Is mall's fifth floor event space between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The stamp rally will take place between August 23 and September 12 at the Yokohama Landmark Plaza and Mark Is. Those who complete the stamp rally will receive a sticker set featuring Anya Forger, Becky Blackbell, Damian Desmond, Emile Elman, and Ewen Egeberg. Those who make purchase of a 2,000 yen or higher in the event area between September 13 and 23 will receive a collaboration holographic sticker.

The SPY×FAMILY meet-and-greet will take place between August 23 and October 13 (excluding Mondays and national holidays) at the Sakata Seed Garden Square. As of press time no times are listed for the meet-and-greet.

The SPY×FAMILY uchiwa hand fan-making experience and water ballon yoyo fishing will take place at the Sakata Seed Garden Square on September 6 and 7 between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. These events are only open to elementary school children and younger and a purchase of 500 yen (about US$3) or higher in the event area must be made to participate in either experience.

The SPY×FAMILY photo-posting campaign will run between August 23 and September 23 and September 27 to October 13. During the submission periods, fans who post photos of the event or event area on their X (formerly Twitter) accounts will have a chance to win a 1,000-yen (about US$7) SPY×FAMILY QUO Card gift card.
