Game Developer Natsume Hints at Nintendo-Related E3 Announcement

posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda

Game developer and publisher Natsume Inc. hinted last Friday that it will have "E3 news to announce that will be sure to please Nintendo fans." The company urged readers to watch the company's social media feed for announcements leading up to the E3 trade show, which takes place from June 13 to 15.

The company recently announced that it will release the Harvest Moon: Light of Hope game for PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch in Japan, North America, and Europe. The game will have a playable version available at E3.

Natsume previously published games in the Bokujō Monogatari game series in North America under the umbrella title of Harvest Moon. However, XSEED Games is now publishing Bokujō Monogatari games in North America, and it is using the title Story of Seasons because it cannot use Natsume's Harvest Moon title. Natsume has continued to release new games under the Harvest Moon title.

Natsume Inc. is also planning to release Natsume Atari's Wild Guns Reloaded PS4 game on PC via Steam.
