Future GPX Cyber Formula Zero Inspires New Merch Ahead of 2017

The Future GPX Cyber Formula Zero original video anime is inspiring a resurgence of merchandise. Why this particular OAV? Within the series, Formula Zero took place in 2017; a futuristic sounding year when the episodes were released in 1994.
The line of goods includes two new zip-up parkas and a reprint of Bleed Kaga's earrings. The zip-up designs are based on Hayato Kazami's Sugo Asurada team and Bleed Kaga's Aoi ZIP Formula team. Each parka is 10,660 yen (US$97) and are set for release in early September.
Kaga's earrings are made of brass and copper and cost 1,740 yen (US$16). It's set for release in early July.
The Shiraito Shuzo Company offered a limited run of sparkling Chardonnay Rosé wine to honor Kaga's in-universe 20th anniversary last month.
