Tyler DVD clarification

When The Right Stuf International announced the release of Captain Tyler on DVD they stated on their webpage:
It has been determined that the best way to get these to the fans is to build the product out on DVD-9. This does not mean lower quality, but a special double-sided DVD which can hold more information. (Yes, I checked these discs do play on your regular DVD player just as any other DVD will.)
Fact is, DVD-9s are single sided, double layer. DVD-10s are double sided, single layer. Since 10's are simpler they are cheaper to produce but have the downside of not having a side for a label.
Marc Ray of TRSI has confirmed with us that Captain Tyler will be released on single sided, double layer DVD-9s.
