Anime Expo Adds Transformers Preview, Posts Film List

Anime Expo 2007 has announced that it will screen the full Transformers live-action film on Monday, July 2 before the official American opening. The original Transformers toyline was based on designs co-created by several anime creators, including Shōji Kawamori (Optimus Prime, Prowl, Jetfire, Macross) and Mika Akitaka (Predaking, Nadesico). The Long Beach, California convention has also posted its 35mm film schedule, which include Appleseed, Tokyo Godfathers, WXIII: Patlabor: The Movie 3, Death Note, Death Note: The Last Name, Howl's Moving Castle, and Tekkonkinkreet.
