Kizumonogatari I Anime Film's Trailer Reveals Staff

Tatsuya Oishi helms 1st film in trilogy with chief director Akiyuki Simbo

A new trailer for the Kizumonogatari film project debuted at the end of the first Owarimonogatari television episode on Sunday. The trailer announced that the trilogy's first film, Kizumonogatari I: Tekketsu-hen (Blood and Iron), will open on January 8.

The video also confirms the staff. Akiyuki Simbo is once again credited as chief director at the anime studio SHAFT. Akio Watanabe and Hideyuki Morioka are designing the characters. Yōta Tsuruoka is directing the sound, and Satoru Kousaki is composing the music. Tatsuya Oishi is the director.
