Ani-One Asia began streaming the anime of Ryo Hanada's Devils' Line manga on Sunday. The anime is available for users in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, the Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Northern Mariana Island, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, the Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.

Ani-One Asia describes the anime:

In a world where vampires live hidden among humans, the police form a secret unit to handle rising attacks. Yuki Anzai, a half-vampire officer who's never tasted blood, rescues a student named Tsukasa—and feels an urge he's never known before. Is it instinct… or something more?

The anime premiered in April 2018.

Yoshinobu Tokumoto (Nagasarete Airantou, Amanchu! unit director) directed the anime at Platinum Vision, with Hideaki Nakano (Aoharu x Machinegun, Servamp) as assistant director. Kenji Konuta (Aoharu x Machinegun, Servamp) and Ayumu Hisao (Gekijōban Servamp: Alice in the Garden) are credited for series composition and scripts. Senri Kawaguchi drew the character designs, and was also credited for chief animation director alongside Toshimitsu Kobayashi. Yasuhiro Saiki was the action animation director.
