TAKII 15 Reveals Newest Updates & Dubs 2013 "The Year of the TAKII Family"
May 5th, 2013 -- Upper Darby, PA -- Spring is in full swing. Students of all ages are planning their vacations before their semesters have even ended. And we here at The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational are running on all extreme cylinders of awesomeness as we put the finishing touches on our landmark 15th, season, TAKII 15 ~GlamazASIANS~! If you have yet to pre-reg for either a #1 Contender's Pass or a Vendor Table Slot, we'll give you the scoop on our final pre-reg deadline this season (ending May 11th, 2013). Since the end of TAKII 14, the Greater Philadelphia & Internet communities have been abuzz about a rogue group of J-Rockers who have BIG PLANS for TAKII 15 this month....& we're finally read to pull back the curtain on what you may be able to expect from them (^_^). And finally, we will be unveiling to the world what the Team TAKII Coalition has affectionately dubbed "The Year Of The TAKII Family" & how that will FOREVER change the landscape of "the world's most extreme Asian culture fusion festival" & our fandom as we know it!
We thank our fans all over the Greater Philadelphia area & well-beyond for their more-than-anticipated response to pre-regging for both our #1 Contender's Passes & Vendor Table Slots! It is this kind of support that allows for us to grow & expand the influence & impact of our fusion festival for many seasons to come. Because of that, however, we are running low on available Passes & Table Slots (a 1st in TAKII history)! If you have been sitting on the fence about getting an entrance-necessary Pass (good for both days of TAKII 15 ~GlamazASIANS~), or are nervous about selling your homemade swag with a Table Slot, make that great leap forward!! Until May 11th, 2013, you can attend TAKII 15 at fierce discounts rates of $13.00 for #1 Contender's Passes & $90.00 for Vendor Table Slots. After that date, only #1 Contender's Passes will be made available (in limited quantities) at-the-door for TAKII 15 weekend (for $15.00 per Pass), while Vendor Table Slots will have been sold out by then. ....oh, & at TAKII 15 ~GlamazASIANS~, we will be unveiling a brand-spanking NEW approach to pre-regging, so watch out for that, as well!

There may even be some of those moments that cause us to have reoccurring nightmares (DON'T even say this doesn't apply to you....the SHADE of it all ^_^). But very few times will things fly under our radar, only then to surprise us in a future season & cause us all to wonder "OMG....WHYYYY!? LOL". One group of rogue J-Rockers are out to change that & turn TAKII upside-down, rightside-up, & rock us to our very extreme cores. Having started out as diehard TAKII fanatics, they have been attending our fusion festival for the last several years. We originally thought this was only to enjoy themselves with fellow TAKII family members & just go crazy for a weekend....but no, were we wrong. Each seasonal attendance was in reality a series of reconnaissance missions geared to extract info on how this wacked-out celebration happens, leaving no stone unturned. Fast-forward TAKII 14 where this band of....SOMETHING....were embroiled in a culinary battle (don't ask) at a local eatery & it dawned upon them: TAKII 15 ~GlamazASIANS~ would be the season of our fusion festival where they would FINALLY be making their formal debut!! Since then, people all over the immediate area & beyond TAKII's home venue of The Rotunda have been talking & gossiping....just WHO are these people? What is their purpose? All will be revealed in due time, but trust us when we say that this "league of extraordinary gentle(wo)men" promises (& threatens o.O) to "bring it" in red-hot J-Rock fusion style, leaving all of us to never....eeeever be the same....agaaaain.
Speaking of the transformation of The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational, Team TAKII is finally ready to share something special with the world that it has been working on for quite some time. We say it all of the time, but it always needs to be mentioned how "the world's most extreme Asian culture fusion festival" would be absolutely nothing without the support it receives from is fans around the world 24/7, known warmly as the TAKII family. It is a community-within-a-community that not only exists at each season of TAKII, but at gatherings, festival, & conventions internationally, from as local as Philadelphia to as far away as France (YES, we have the proof, & it was awesome ^_^). And because Team TAKII loves its TAKII family so much, we are proud to dub 2013 "The Year Of The TAKII Family"! Now what implications does this have for our fusion festival? Starting with TAKII 15 ~GlamazASIANS~, the TAKII family will be primarily responsible for selecting ALL of our TAKII Family Favorites festivities for TAKII 15 weekend (supplemented by polls that will be taken all over our social networking group)! In addition to that, Team TAKII will be giving the TAKII family exclusive access to the decision-making process in coming up with a theme & plan for our 16th season, scheduled to take place in December 2013 (with Co-Coordinators mentoring TAKII family leaders & showing everyone how a festival of our kind is run). THAT'S NOT ALL, as the Team TAKII Coalition will also incentivise our TAKII family even more than ever before by offering generous commissions for future #1 Contender's Pass pre-regging, Vendor Table Slot pre-regging, & Coalition Sponsorships!! We will unveil additional details on these initiatives & more over the days, weeks, & month ahead.
