Imageepoch RPG to feature Aoi Yūki as Cyril; game to ship on October 4

The official website for Imageepoch's Sol Trigger video game began streaming more story and character videos on Thursday. The videos introduce the role-playing game's scenario and highlight the character Cyril (played by Aoi Yūki).

The website already posted character videos for posted character videos for Valter (played by Tomokazu Sugita), Istvan (Akio Ohtsuka), Littler (Miyuki Sawashiro), Gustaf (Kenta Miyake), Sophie (Ami Koshimizu), and Ema (Kana Hanazawa).

Sol Trigger will include turn-based battles and multiple difficulty modes. The game's story centers on warriors who release their souls and make miracles. The artist Shuji Sogabe (God Eater, Persona 3, Persona 4 manga) is designing the characters based on the original scenario by Kazushige Nojima (Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts). J.C. Staff is producing animation for the game, and the band BYEE the ROUND is performing the theme song "Continue?"

Imageepoch will release the game for the PlayStation Portable in Japan on October 4 after delaying the game from its original release date of August 30. The disc version of Sol Trigger will cost 6,279 yen (about US$78), while the downloadable version will cost 5,600 yen (US$70). The developer will release a free demo for the game this month.
