Two Macross Frontier Singles in Japan's Weekly Top 10
posted on 2008-05-14 05:57 EDT
Two Macross Frontier theme songs ranked in Oricon's weekly top 10 chart for all Japanese singles last week. The CD single for May'n's "Diamond Crevasse" ending theme debuted at #3, while Maaya Sakamoto's "Triangler" opening theme stayed at #6. Sakamoto's song also debuted at #3 when it launched three weeks ago. Yoko Kanno (Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell) composed and arranged both songs for this space opera sequel in the Macross franchise. At #2 was "Niji" ("Rainbow"), the theme song that Aqua Timez (Bleach, Brave Story) performed for the most recent live-action television series based on the Gokusen manga.discuss this in the forum (3 posts) |

If this is the kind of stagnation and dullness that permeates the monster world, then we should all be thankful for being human.
Alita is back and even more powerful than ever, but aside from a couple of fantastic scenes the story progression lacks the sense of excitement and anticipation commonly seen earlier in the series. Seeing one of the all-

Found anime titles to be too generic of late? Ghost Hound may be the series for you. This psychology-laden story about boys who learn to manipulate out-of-body experiences is wholly unlike anything else in its genre and can be impressively creepy.
