Story about summer vacation to open in theaters November 21

Pony Canyon began streaming a teaser video on Friday for the upcoming original video animation Yuruyuri Nachu Yachumi! (a misspelling of "natsu yasumi," or "summer vacation"). The OVA will open in five theaters in Japan on November 29.

Kyoko: Hot. It's hot.
Yui: Because it's summer.
Kyoko: I get that but it's hot.
Chinatsu: Kyoko-sempai please stop. After all the heat will get worse.
Akari: That's right, Kyoko-chan—
Kyoko: Hoooot... I know! Let's go now!
Yui: That was sudden. Kyoko: Now that I think about it... It seems to be playing at this theater.
Chinatsu: Eh?
Yui: Say stuff like that early!
Chinatsu: That's right, what about mental preparedness?
Akari: Yuruyuri Nachu Yachumi! Advance tickets now on sale.
Kyoko: Wow Akari, you sound main character-ish.

The cast will remain the same from the anime but the staff will change. Hiroyuki Hata (Kamichu!, Recently, my sister is unusual.) will replace Masahiko Ohta as director. Michiko Yokote (Red Data Girl, Squid Girl) will handle the scripts, and Motohiro Taniguchi ( To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness, Recently, my sister is unusual. animation director) will replace character designer Chiaki Nakajima and serve as chief animation director. The series will be animated at TYO Animation (Tamayura - Hitotose) instead of Dogakobo.

The Yuruyuri anime adapts Namori's manga about four fun-loving schoolgirls who take over the former room of a tea ceremony club for their own "Gorakubu" (amusement club).

The first anime series premiered in Japan in July 2011, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. The 12-episode sequel series Yuruyuri♪♪ aired in 2012, and Crunchyroll also streamed that series as it aired. JManga and ALC Publishing released part of the original manga digitally in English before JManga shut down last year. NISA has licensed and released both seasons in North America.
