Play With Brick Power With Lego Game Boy

Nintendo of America announced on July 24 on X (formerly Twitter) that pre-orders for the upcoming Lego Game Boy have begun. The company's post parodies the Game Boy's original tagline, "Now you're playing with power. Portable power," with the caption "Now you're playing with power. Brick power." The post also includes a nearly 40-second video parodying the Game Boy's first commercial.

The Lego online store is currently taking pre-orders for the Lego Game Boy. The set will launch on October 1 for US$59.99. The set is slated to come with Lego The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening and Lego Super Mario Land game cartridges and a lenticular lens for each game.
