Voice Actor Yūki Kaji's Agency Issues Statement on Online Posts

Voice actor Yūki Kaji's agency VIMS issued a statement on Monday regarding allegedly slanderous and misleading statements made about Kaji online. The statement noted the agency is aware of “false and misleading information about Yūki Kaji on the internet, some social media platforms, and elsewhere” and asserted the information is unfounded. The false and misleading remarks about Kaji involve rumors of extramarital affairs and hobbies.
VIMS further states it has contacted lawyers regarding the matter and urges people who suspect they have engaged in such activities to “please immediately delete the relevant post and take appropriate action.” The agency is set take to legal action if misinformation about Kaji persists, stating, “If the situation does not improve and continued personal infringement is confirmed, we will be forced to request disclosure of the poster's information and take legal action.”
VIMS' has also opened a form dedicated to reporting posts spreading false, misleading, and slanderous information about Kaji.
