The Complete To Be Hero X Timeline

The story of To Be Hero X is a massive chronicle taking place over the course of 41 years. However, that is not to say it is told in any semblance of chronological order. Instead, the series hops back and forth across the decades, following each of the world's top heroes as they rise from obscurity and make it into the top 10. If this weren't confusing enough, each of the 10 main characters has a special “character story movie”, a trailer with an original story not shown in the TV anime proper, as well, and then there's the original concept trailer that captured imaginations back in 2023.

Using the dates seen in the anime, data from official sources, and context clues from within the show, I've put together this timeline of when everything happens. While many events have a set year, there are times when only a rough time period can be extrapolated and has been marked as such.

That said, this timeline should help anyone out there who is chronologically confused about To Be Hero X. And when the second season comes around, we'll be sure to update it.
