Ramen chain Yaro Ramen, which is famous for its "Monster Ramen Challenge," has teamed up with the Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! Kurenai Densetsu (KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!! Crimson Legend) film to bring its customers a limited-time menu and original stickers for their purchases. Yaro Ramen promises to recreate Megumin's Explosion Magic, although we'll only know what that looks like when it goes on sale on August 30, the day of the film's release.
Natsume Akatsuki's novels inspired two television anime seasons. The first season premiered in January 2016, and the second season premiered in January 2017. Takaomi Kanasaki is returning from the previous two anime seasons to direct the film at J.C. Staff (Studio DEEN animated the two TV anime series). Makoto Uezu is returning to write the scripts, Koichi Kikuta is returning to adapt Kurone Mishima's original character designs for animation, and Masato Kōda is returning to compose the music.
