Solo Leveling Trading Cards Among Korea's Top Exports on eBay

Trading cards based on the webtoon Solo Leveling have emerged as a standout export item in the global e-commerce market. According to eBay Korea's Q1 2025 report on cross-border sales, Solo Leveling cards were the only non-Pokémon product to break into the top 10 best-selling items in the toy category—highlighting the growing global influence of Korean webtoon IP.
The report, which tracks overseas sales made by Korean sellers, showed that auto parts retained the No.1 spot for the ninth consecutive quarter, followed by high-end camera gear and toys. In the toy category, Pokémon cards dominated the top rankings, but Solo Leveling made a notable entry, reflecting the rising demand for Korean content worldwide.
eBay Korea emphasized that items tied to K-brands and those with rarity or collector appeal are driving export growth. The company plans to bolster Korean sellers through tools like eBayMag, which supports listings across eight countries including the U.S., U.K., and Germany.
