Tower of God Creator SIU to Make 1st U.S. Appearance at Anime Expo

WEBTOON Entertainment is making its debut on the Anime Expo show floor this year, and is also hosting panels, selling merchandise, and bringing webcomics creators to the event for signings.

The WEBTOON booth (E-90, Entertainment Hall) will feature daily exclusive merch drops, interactive games, photo ops, and free collectible signing cards. Fans can meet webcomic stars, including SIU (Tower of God) — who is making his first-ever U.S. appearance — along with creators like uru-chan (unOrdinary), Brandon Chen (Just a Goblin), Junepurrr (SubZero), and Red (School Bus Graveyard).

Creator Signing Schedule (Booth E-90):

• July 3, 1:00–2:00 p.m.: uru-chan & Brandon Chen

WEBTOON stated its panels "will dive into anime's complex power systems and stylized action, the growing webcomics-to-anime pipeline, and the crossover between sports, anime, and webcomics."

Anime Expo takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 3-6.
