Dinosaur King's Second Season Announced in Japan

Nagoya Broadcasting Network's official website for Kodai Ōja Kyōryū King D-Kids Adventure has announced that a second season will premiere in Japan in February of 2008. 4Kids TV began airing the series as Dinosaur King in the United States in September. The Kodai Ōja Kyōryū King D-Kids Adventure: Yokuryū Densetsu (The Legend of the Winged Dragon) sequel will still center on the same three main characters Ryuuta, Rex, and Malm (Max, Rex, and Zoe in the 4Kids version) as they travel in a time machine to new adventures. The ancient Roman times, the Age of Exploration, and Japan's warring states period are among the eras they will visit. The website also previews the silhouettes of new characters that will appear in the second season.
