Show writer Toshiki Inoue writes scripts for manga premiering on November 1

The November issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Hero's Magazine magazine announced on Wednesday that manga artist Hitotsu Yokoshima will illustrate a new Kamen Rider Kuuga manga in the magazine's December issue on November 1. Toshiki Inoue, one of the scriptwriters for the original live-action television series, will also write the script for the manga. Yokoshima (Bateren XX, Akuto-ACT) will draw, and producer Shinichiro Shirakura (Gekijōban Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost) will plan the series.

The Kamen Rider Kuuga television series aired from 2000 to 2001. The series was Toei's first new Kamen Rider series following the passing of creator Shotaro Ishinomori, marking the beginning of the Heisei-era Kamen Rider series.

The magazine also revealed an Astro Boy prequel manga from Ride Back author Tetsuro Kasahara in the same announcement.
