Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming a promotional video for its Accel World End of Burst iOS and Android game on Tuesday. The video previews the various characters' duel avatars. The video also plays Sachika Misawa's "Aloud," an image song for Accel World: Infinite Burst.
The game is slated for release later this year, and is labeled as a "thought-accelerating RPG." The game will be free-to-play with the option of in-game purchases.
Bandai Namco Entertainment held a preregistration campaign where all customers preregistering will receive in-game gifts. The rewards include consumable stardust stones, a Haruyuki card, and Kuroyukihime card, all of which have been unlocked in the campaign.
The game is based on Reki Kawahara's Accel World light novel series, which inspired a television anime, an OAV, and two manga adaptations. Accel World: Infinite Burst, an anime film and the latest entry in the franchise, opened in Japan on July 23.
