Both manga slated for spring 2020 debut

Anime News Network's coverage of Anime Expo 2019 is sponsored by Yen Press.

Manga publisher Denpa announced at its Anime Expo panel on Sunday that it has licensed the The Girl With the Sanpaku Eyes (tentative title) and Guyabano Holiday manga.

Shunsuka Sorato's The Girl With the Sanpaku Eyes (Sanpakugan-chan wa Tsutaetai.) manga will debut in English in spring 2020.

The manga centers on Amane Mizuno, a girl who has a scary face and has trouble expressing herself. She is constantly misunderstood by Katō-kun, the boy who sits next to her in class and whom she has a crush on.

Sorato publishes the manga on the pixiv Comic website. Square Enix published the manga's second compiled book volume on March 22.

panpanya's Guyabano Holiday manga debuts in English in spring 2020.

The book centers on the author's time in the Philippines as they encounter the eponymous guyabano fruit. The book contains some stories that were self-published and others that were serialized in Hakusensha's Rakuen anthology.

Hakusensha published the book in Japan on January 31. Denpa also previously licensed panpanya's An Invitation from a Crab (Kani ni Sasowarete) book.
