Senjūshi: The Thousand Noble Musketeers Manga Ends

posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
Miki Daichi's manga based on Marvelous' smartphone game launched in June 2018

The November issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine published the final chapter on Friday of Miki Daichi's Senjūshi manga. The manga's second and final volume will ship on December 4.

Daichi launched the manga in Young Ace in June 2018, and Kadokawa published the first compiled book volume in November 2018.

The manga is based on Marvelous' The Thousand Musketeers (Senjūshi: The Thousand Noble Musketeers) smartphone game. The game launched for iOS and Android devices in Japan in March 2018, and the game ended service on June 11.

The game inspired a television anime that premiered in Japan in July 2018. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series, and HIDIVE streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

The franchise also includes Teiko Sasaki's Senjūshi Re:verse turn novel. Toriyasu's Kōki ni Tatakae!? Senjūshi one-volume manga also ran on Kadokawa's Young Ace Up website from April to October 2018.

The franchise centers on a group called "Musketeers," who are incarnations of antique guns.
