Sengoku Night Blood Game's Switch Release Cancelled

Idea Factory's Otomate otome game brand announced on Thursday that it has canceled the planned Nintendo Switch version of its Sengoku Night Blood game due to "various circumstances."
The official website of the smartphone game also announced on Thursday that the game will end service on December 25.
Marvelous, Kadokawa, and Idea Factory's Otomate otome game brand launched the game for iOS and Android devices in May 2017. The "Warring States romance fantasy" game centers around different warlords from Japan's Warring States (Sengoku) period, who are all involved with the player character. Each of the six factions in the game feature a different Otomate artist.
The game inspired a television anime adaptation that premiered in October 2017. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.
