The new cast members include:
The OVA will debut in 13 theaters in Japan for a limited one-week screening run beginning on February 14. The theaters are Shinjuku Piccadilly, Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas, Yokohama Burg 13, Keisei Rosa 10, MOVIX Saitama, MOVIX Utsunomiya, Sapporo Cinema Frontier, Namba Parks Cinema, Movix Kyoto, Kobe Kokusai Shochiku, Midland Square Cinema, MOVIX Kurashiki, and T-Joy Hakata.
The OVA will then ship on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on March 27. The OVA is 45 minutes long, while the stage reading is 90 minutes long. The anime's cast and staff reunited for the special.
The special's story is set in the capital city of Badon one year after the events of the television anime, and shows Jean and the rest of the ACCA department preparing for the one-year anniversary of the establishment of the new order. For the characters — caught between rumors of unrest, unchanging days, new crossroads, gazes remembered in memories, and days of new beginnings — time once again begins to move forward.
