Aniplus Asia Launches Channel on Samsung TV Plus

Aniplus Asia announced on Thursday that it has launched its free "Aniplus Channel" on the Samsung TV Plus service in Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. The channel and service are available exclusively on Samsung devices.

REMOW also launched its ad-supported "It's Anime" channel on Samsung TV Plus in the United States and Canada in July earlier this year.

Aniplus Asia (previously Aniplus HD) is a 24-hour anime channel based in Singapore, and is a subsidiary of South Korean channel Aniplus TV. The channel launched in 2013, and is currently broadcast in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Aniplus Asia ended its broadcast in the Philippines in 2023. Aniplus Asia has select content available on various Southeast Asian streaming services, such as iflix, HOOQ, and Tribe, which is available in various Southeast Asian territories.

Aniplus Asia also licenses and debuts anime films in Southeast Asia.
