You and Idol Precure♪ Anime Holds Franchise's 1st In-Story Concert Tied to Real Concert

This Sunday's episode of You and Idol Precure♪ is set to hold the franchise's first in-universe concert tied to an actual concert in the real world. The episode's preview shows the You and Idol Precure members planning a live concert at what appears to be the actual Pacifico Yokohama venue in Yokohama, Japan. The episode is set to feature the anime's opening theme song, “Kimi to Idol Precure Light Up!” as sung by the singers Ami Ishii, Akane Kumada, and Chihaya Yoshitake. The three singers will be playing themselves in the anime itself.
The episode will air one week before the You and Idol Precure♪ Live 2025 You & I = We're Idol Precure concert in real life. Like the animated version, the real concert is set to take place at the Pacifico Yokohama and feature voice actors Miharu Hanai (Meroron/Meron Tanaka/Cure Kiss), Minami Takahashi (NANA Aokaze/Cure Wink), Misato Matsuoka (Uta Sakura/Cure Idol), Natsumi Takamori (Kokoro Shigure/Cure Kyun-Kyun), and Yoshino Nanjō (Purirun/Purin Tanaka/Cure Zukyoon) along with singers Ishii, Kumada, and Yoshitake.
