Welcome to the Hetalia Chibi Carnival iPhone game, brought to you by TOKYOPOP!

Get Ready? to experience Hetalia like never before - in the palm of your hand, as the cutest game ever! It's super fun, and you can even win EXCLUSIVE HETALIA WALLPAPER -- available only through this app!

This brand spanking new HETALIA GAME features never-before-seen beautiful full-color art, free preview of the Hetalia manga and tons of adorable graphics and animations of your favorite Hetalia characters -- as Chibis!

For fans – Current and New!

TOKYOPOP is moving into the digital space, and mobile games are one of the ways we want to reach out to our current fans as well as new ones.

Current Hetalia fans will go nuts over this!

First of all, the game is addicting and chock-full of all your favorite characters. The further you get in the game, the more characters you “unlock.”

To top things off, the Hetalia wallpapers you can win are absolutely adorable and look stunning on the iPhone screen. We've seen other apps where you are charged $1.99 JUST for wallpapers alone without the fun of the game! But this Hetalia Chibi Carnival Game includes new art, your favorite bishonen characters all lined up in chibi form, and the fun carnival feel of the game – it's a must-have for current fans.

All this for 99¢ for a limited time only!!!

Mobile games are actually another way we hope to reach new fans. Through the Hetalia Chibi Carnival Game app, anyone new to Hetalia can have a free sneak peak at the manga's first chapter and an option to buy more.

The game also links out to our popular Hetalia manga Trailer so new fans can get a glimpse into the world of Hetalia through their mobile device.

Our Japanese Partner's Thoughts
Gentosha Publishing, our Japanese Partners, were very pleased with the Hetalia Game App. Like TOKYOPOP, the Gentosha culture is filled with open-minded, forward thinkers, and they are very interested and motivated to take the manga experience to the next level. Hetalia creator Hidekaz Himaruya has also been extremely supportive and commented that the game is very cute! Gentosha and Hidekaz Himaruya have generously provided assets for the game that have previously never been published in full color. TOKYOPOP and Gentosha plan to continue to work very closely together to bring more unique products to the market with hopes that fans will continue to support Hetalia as well as the industry itself.

More Digital News Coming Soon
As many of you know, TOKYOPOP has already launched the mobile manga version of Hetalia with our partners at Comixology. You can currently download all 12 issues (in other words, all of volume 1 and volume 2) of Hetalia on the Comixology app.

The Hetalia Chibi Carnival Game is just another BIG digital step forward for TOKYOPOP. We hope to continue to move forward in this digital space, and we're very excited to bring more mobile games and other digital goods with our popular brands!

About Hetalia
Great Empires, A Fight to the Finish…and Pasta?

Get Ready? to brush up on world history with these handsome and hysterical personifications of the Axis Powers as they meet, become friends and form one of the most powerful alliances the world has ever seen! It all begins when tough soldier Germany stumbles upon Italy who despite being the descendant of the greatest empire in history is found hiding in a tomato box. In another twist of fate around a rather lovely kotatsu, Japan hops on board and the Axis Powers are forged. What trials and tribulations will this mighty trio face?

Finally, these hilarious 4-panel comic strips in which the world's powers take on ridiculous stereotypes have made their English-language debut! Over a million copies sold in Japan alone!

Founded in 1997 by international media entrepreneur Stu Levy, TOKYOPOP established the market for manga in North America, introducing the term to the English language in the process. Over its history, TOKYOPOP has published over 3000 books, distributed anime and Asian films on home video and television, licensed merchandise to consumer goods companies, created graphic novels of major brands such as Warcraft, Star Trek, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Hannah Montana, and led the way digitally in social media, e-commerce and user-generated content.

TOKYOPOP's brand expanded internationally with offices in Europe and Japan and a network of over 160 partners in more than 50 countries and 30 languages. Taking its Manga Revolution beyond the page, TOKYOPOP has begun producing live-action and animated film and television content based on its extensive intellectual property library, including Priest, Van Von Hunter, and another 20 projects currently in development, along with America's Greatest Otaku, an 8-episode reality show filmed during its 2010 summer-long, 28-city national tour.
