Khaotic Kon 2013: New Guest Announcement: Vic Mignogna

TAMPA BAY, FL, November 07, 2012 – Vic Mignogna is officially set to attend Khaotic Kon: Year 2 – Tampa Bay, Florida's only anime, video game, and sci-fi convention. This event is scheduled to take place on the weekend of May 03-05, 2013, at the Sheraton Tampa East, Tampa, FL - 10221 Princess Palm Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33610.

Vic Mignogna Bio:

Vic Mignogna is a veteran actor most well known as the voice of Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist. Currently he is playing the role of Fay in Tsubasa Chronicle and Ikkaku in Bleach. Vic is also known for such roles as Dark in D.N.Angel, Kurz in Full Metal Panic!, Broly in Dragon Ball Z, Kougajai in Saiyuki, Tatsu in Peacemaker, Virgil Walsh in Trinity Blood, Mamoru in Raxaephon, Hiroki in Princess Nine, Goemon in Legend of the Mystical Ninja, Shougou in Megazone 23, Gawl in Generator Gawl, and Hikaru in Macross. Vic has appeared in more than eighty titles including Streetfighter, Sin, Spriggan, Gasaraki, Noir, Steel Angel Karumi, Orphen, Excel Saga, Evangelion (director's cut), AD Police, Aura Battler Dunbine, Rune Soldier, Neo Ranga, Yu Yu Hakasho, Gamera, Those Who Hunt Elves, Nagica, Dirty Pair, Nuku Nuku Dash, Nuku Nuku TV, St. Seiya, Kino's Journey, Dragon Ball GT, Angelic Layer, Gravion, BASToF Syndrome, Aquarian Age, Kaliedastar, Case Closed, Kitty Grade, Princess Tutu, Shadow Skills, Moby Dick, and many others.

Vic is also known as a professional music composer/producer with over 15 albums to his credit and hundreds of jingles and themes. His songs have been heard around the internet and are available at the con. Vic also has a degree in Film production and regularly shoots or directs productions around the country.

Khaotic Kon is a weekend-long celebration of the anime, video games, and sci-fi genres, giving all a chance to come together as a nation. – from anime (Japanese animation), manga (Japanese comics), J-pop and J-Rock (Japanese pop and rock music) to cosplay (costume design and performance), Video games and Sci-fi (Science fiction).

Events at Khaotic Kon this year include: - The “Khaotic Combat Musical”, “Cirque De Anime”,”Evil Shin-dig of Mal-intent”, “Murder Mystery Dinner”, a costume contest, dealers' / exhibition room; - Artists' Alley, an Anime Music Video contest; - Official convention screenings of new North American releases; - Panels with North American anime industry guests; - Live Celebrity Commentaries with the industry guests;- Dances and karaoke; - video game room, Interactive events and panels; and finally, continuous hours of Anime, Video game, and Sci-fi related programming.
