Tickets Now on Sale for Gigguk's Bâan -The Boundary of Adulthood- Anime Premiere in Japan
at Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro
Tokyo, JP - July 28, 2025 - GeeXPlus, Inc. and its GeeXProductions division have announced that tickets for the Japan premiere of Gigguk's anime short movie "bâan - 大人の彊界 - (Bâan -The Boundary of Adulthood-)" are now on sale. The showing will take place August 24, 2025 at 18:20 JST at the Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro in Tokyo and will feature introductory remarks from Gigguk before the screening.
"bâan - 大人の彊界 -" is set in the fictional world of Euthania, which is connected to Japan via a warp gate. The story follows two protagonists who leave their birthplaces in search of a place where they truly belong. The short anime is directed by Yoshimitsu Ōhashi, known for directing "Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture", with music composed by Kevin Penkin, acclaimed for his work on "Made in Abyss", and animation by studio daisy.
"Making an anime has been a dream of mine I never thought would actually be possible, so I can't describe how surreal it is that a day has come where I've achieved it," said Gigguk. "This project is the culmination of everything I've worked towards, through my career, through my passions, through my life journey and I cannot put into words how happy I am that the world can really see it."
Three tiers of VIP ticket packages are available for purchase now until August 4, 2025 at 22:59 JST at baanpremiere.peatix.com.
11,000 yen (incl. tax): includes a ticket and commemorative poster signed by Gigguk
22,000 yen (incl. tax): includes a ticket, a commemorative poster signed by Gigguk, a tote bag, a cap and a spoon honoring the importance of shared meals in the anime
330,000 yen (incl. tax): includes a ticket with premium seating next to Gigguk and Yoshimitsu Ōhashi, all items from the previous tiers and a script book signed by Gigguk, Yoshimitsu Ōhashi, the producer, character designer and main voice actors. Only three copies exist worldwide.
General tickets will go on sale immediately following the conclusion of VIP sales until August 18, 2025 at 22:59 JST. Pricing is 5,500 yen per ticket.
