Hikaru Utada Announces "Mine or Yours (Bella Boo Mix)" Out November 7
Special Talk and DJ Event in Tokyo Celebrates “Mine or Yours” Vinyl Release and SCIENCE FICTION TOUR Streaming Launch on Amazon Prime
Tokyo, Japan — Hikaru Utada's latest single, “Mine or Yours,” continues to generate buzz well after its May release. After chart-topping remixes by Yaeji and The Blessed Madonna, a third installment in the “Mine or Yours” remix series has been announced. This new rework is produced by Bella Boo, a globally acclaimed house music DJ known for her dynamic style that balances light and dark, groovy and wonky, heady and playful. It comes out on November 7.
To mark the release, a special pre-order campaign begins today. Fans who pre-order the track via iTunes before 23:59 Japan time on November 6, the day before the release, will receive an original ruler featuring the “Mine or Yours” logo. Additionally, special events in Japan have been announced. Last year's HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR will be exclusively available to stream on Prime Video starting November 28. To celebrate the launch, a special talk event will be held on November 27, featuring Akira Miyake, Utada Hikaru's producer, and Tomokazu Yamada, the visual artist and film director who also directed the tour.
Fans can enter for a chance to attend by following the “Best of Hikaru Utada” playlist on Amazon Music, taking a screenshot of the screen, and submitting it as an entry. Fifty winners will be selected by lottery. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (Japan time) on Monday, November 10. In addition, to mark the November 26 release of the “Mine or Yours” vinyl, DJ events will be held at Tower Records in Osaka and Tokyo. On December 7, DJ Dainoji and DJ KOMORI will perform at Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi, followed by Okamoto Reiji and BiBiYUA at Tower Records Shibuya on Tuesday, December 9.
Fans who purchase the vinyl at each store can receive a limited admission ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Both events will also be livestreamed on Hikaru Utada's official staff Instagram account.

About Bella Boo
Bella Boo's journey in modern dance music did not happen overnight. Starting with her EP Fire in 2018, released with Studio Barnhus, she has steadily gained international recognition. Continued collaborations with the Studio Barnhus crew inevitably led to her 2019 debut album Once Upon A Passion, resulting in an ongoing club and festival tour, four Swedish Grammy nominations, and extensive media coverage, including glowing reviews from Pitchfork and Resident Advisor.
The album was quickly followed by releases on some of the world's top dance labels, including Gerd Janson's Running Back, Public Possession, and Keinemusik, all receiving her distinctive touch. Meanwhile, she has regularly returned to the Studio Barnhus mothership.
In Spring 2023, she released the Looney Talks EP, on which high-octane DJ sets at venues like Panorama Bar and Printworks influenced four of the most impressive club tracks heard in 2023. Her latest release, DreamySpaceyBlue, dropped in Fall 2023, showcasing a synthesis of her debut's ethereal sounds and recent gritty dance tracks. The album received a Swedish Grammy nomination for Best Electronic/Dance Album of the Year and features collaborations with close friends, highlighting Bella Boo's collaborative spirit. About Hikaru Utada
Since their debut on 9 December 1998, Hikaru Utada has achieved numerous remarkable milestones in their career. Their debut single “Automatic/time will tell” sold over two million copies, propelling them to become one of Japan's top artists at the young age of 15. Just a few months later, their first album “First Love” shattered Japanese CD sales records that still stand unbroken today.
In 2022, their eighth album “BAD MODE”, which includes collaboration songs with artists such as Skrillex, A.G.
