Plot Summary: New legislation is passed into law, which gives the Media Betterment's forces more power and they start enforcing censorship of authors in addition to books. The Library Defense Force is approached by one such author and the LDF decides to protect him until the law can be appealed in court. Dojo and Kasahara's first date is rudely interrupted and they are put on protection detail. Meanwhile, Shibasaki plots behind the scene's to help muster support for the law's appeal.
