New Yu-Gi-Oh! Time Wizard Clock Wakes You Up (Only Half of the Time)
posted on by Ken Iikura-Gross
Japanese plastic model, figure, and toy maker Kotobukiya unveiled a new, functional Yu-Gi-Oh! Time Wizard plush alarm clock on July 12. However, true to the original Time Wizard card, its internal alarm clock mechanism only works half of the time, by design — when you set the voice and vibration alarm, there is a 50% chance it doesn't sound off.

The alarm clock mechanism has a second function: it can randomly tell you yes or no, for those times when you don't have a coin handy to toss. It is 1/1-scale and can be worn as a fashion accessory. It will ship in December for 6,050 yen (about US$41) with tax, and pre-orders launched on July 14.
