CLAMP Confirms 1st Ever Tie-In with Luxury Chocolate Brand Godiva

Manga creative team CLAMP confirmed on Thursday its first-ever collaboration with luxury chocolate brand Godiva Chocolatier after teasing it on Tuesday. A Godiva chocolate collection with new illustrations will go on sale on October 1. CLAMP shared a collaboration illustration featuring several of their manga protagonists:

The official X (formerly Twitter) account for Godiva Chocolatier also confirmed the collaboration on Thursday, stating that it will release the collaboration chocolates on October 1. More information regarding the collaboration will be available on September 16.

The collaboration was originally teased with the silhouettes of CLAMP mascot characters Mokona and Mokona Modoki filled in. Godiva shared the full illustration with the silhouettes filled in:

This is the first collaboration between the luxury chocolate brand and CLAMP. Godiva states, “"The protagonists of CLAMP's works, possessing the courage and love to break new ground, share a similar story of love and courage with Lady Godiva, the proud countess from whom the GODIVA brand is named."
