Bandai Namco Files for 2 'Tales of' Trademarks

Bandai Namco Entertainment filed trademarks for "Tales of Tour" and "Tales of Musical" on October 13. The Japan Patent Office reported the filings on Tuesday.
Bandai Namco Entertainment filed for a trademark for Tales of Berseria, the most recent game in the franchise's main series, in May 2015 before it released the game in Japan in August 2016. The game debuted in the WEST. in January. Bandai Namco Entertainment launched its Tales of the Rays smartphone role-playing game in Japan in February and in the WEST. in July.
The fourth installment of the Tales of Asteria iOS and Android mobile game is also slated to launch this year.
