Valkyrie Drive Lead Characters Already Available as Figures

The two leads in the upcoming anime Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid- anime are already available as figures courtesy of Kadokawa. Mamori, the peaceful and innocent main character, strikes a pose. The figure is 20cm (7.9in) high and costs 10,098 yen (US$84).
Her partner, the fearsome but gentle Mirei, is also for sale. Her uniform has been sculpted separately from her body to allow aficionados to appreciate the gap between them. She is 24cm (9.4in) high and costs 14,279 yen (US$119).
Mamori and Mirei can be displayed next to each other thanks to compatible stands. The figures can be purchased here (Mamori) and here (Mirei).
Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid- will premiere on October 10 and will stream on Funimation. The story is set on an artificial island reserved for "mermaids" and involves Mamori transforming into a sword wielded by Mirei.
