Robot Damashii Side MS ver. A.N.I.M.E Gundam Toy Line Announced

Bandai's commercial for the "Robot Damashii <Side MS> ver. A.N.I.M.E" HGUC RX-78-2 Gundam began streaming on Monday. The commercial hearkens back to scenes from the original anime, similar to an earlier commercial for "Shinsei -Revive-" model.
The new toy line features more elaborate joints for increased movability in the toy's arms, legs, and abdomen. The RX-78-2 will be released first in February for 5,400 yen (US$44). The toy includes replacement hands, shield, beam rifle, beam effects, Hyper Bazooka, two saber effects and a saber curved effect, replacement saber grip, Vulcan gun effect, two vernier engine effects, and a wrist storage deck.
The toy line will then release Char's MS-06S Zaku II in March, the MS-09B Dom in April, and the MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type in May. More figures are also planned.
