Wedding Company Promotes Monster Hunter Collaboration With Muscle-Bound Couple

CAPCOM's Monster Hunter video game series and the bridal company Escrit are collaborating on the "Monster Hunter x Bridal Fair" promotion. The collaboration launched on March 30, 2017, and it will run until March 31, 2018. Escrit posted a series of promotional videos for the collaboration on YouTube on Sunday. Comedian Kinnikun Nakayama and "muscle idol" Reika Saiki star as a newlywed couple in the videos. Here is a sample of the promotional videos:
The wedding collaboration features Airou and Merarou plush dolls that hold hands, an Epitaph Blade, and a selection of French dishes complete with a wedding cake. Bridal fair events are available at 23 chapel-style venues throughout Japan.

Couples planning their weddings can attend "Monster Hunter x Wedding Festival" events this summer and complete "quests" to get the experience of a themed wedding. Couples have a chance to talk with a wedding planner, and people who complete all the "quests" receive Airou and Merarou marriage registration forms and a clear file. Couples can register for the festival events on the collaboration's official website.
