Evangelion Spandex Bicycle Shorts for Sale

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: The mobile content company Media Magic announced on Monday that it is taking orders for a variety of Evangelion bicycle accessories, including the official EVA01 Spandex Bicycle Shorts. The new items are part of the expanded Evangelion Bike Project that had its roots in 2006's EVA01BIKE bicycle.
The entire project is designed and supervised by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, the character designer of Gainax's original Neon Genesis Evangelion television anime series and Hideaki Anno and Khara's ongoing four-part theatrical remake. Besides the "EVA01SPATS" (the Japanese portmanteau of "Spandex tights"), the Evangelion Bike Project now offers EVA00HELMET type-r, EVA02HELMET type-a, and EVABIKE customization stickers. Like the two Evangelion bicycles that preceded them, these accessories are available from the official mobile sites for Gainax and Evangelion.
According to Media Magic, the EVA01SPATS are made from "sweat-wicking, fast-drying polyester" that is "refreshing to wear even when sweating during intense workouts, with ample elasticity for a comfortable fit."
