Gundam Breaker 2 Game's 10-Minute Promo Streamed
posted on by Kyle Cardine
Namco Bandai Games began streaming the second promotional video for its upcoming Gundam Breaker 2 video game for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on Friday. The video features Romi Park (Loran Cehack in Turn A Gundam) and Takehito Koyasu (Gym Ghingham in Turn A Gundam) detailing the game's mechanics and features, and features the song "Silent Trigger" by Back-On.
In the game, players can create their own Gundam mobile suit from the parts of over 100 Gundam plastic models, including giant enemy ones such as mobile armor. Players can mix and match heads, torsos, arms, legs, and backpacks for 10 billion different combinations. Players can also customize the weapons, shields, coloring, decals and more.
First print copies will come with downloadable codes for Gundams and Mobile Suits from Gundam Build Fighters Try, including Build Burning Gundam, Powered GM Cardigan and Lightning Gundam, as well as a Turn X model from Turn A Gundam. Three "energy supplies" for the Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation free-to-play PlayStation 3 game and extra missions for Gundam Breaker 2 will also come with first print copies.
The game will ship on December 18. A 11,800-yen (about US$100) pack will include both the retail PlayStation 3 version and a download version of the PS Vita edition.
The first Gundam Breaker game shipped for PS Vita and PS3 last year. In that game, players battle in robots in multiple scales on "battlefields" such as a roulette table, Diver City (the home of the life-size Gundam statue), a forest, and a tundra.
