Assassination Classroom 3DS Game's 2nd Promo Video Streamed

posted on by Kyle Hallmark
Game allowing players to be students in Class 3-E slated for March 24

The official website of Bandai Namco Entertainment's upcoming Ansatsu Kyōshitsu: Assassin Ikusei Keikaku!! (Assassination Classroom: Assassin Raising Project!!) Nintendo 3DS game began streaming a second promotional video for the game on Sunday.

The video previews the game's mechanics, character customization, story mode, mission mode, and multiplayer mode, as well as the original character Robo Koro-sensei and bonus items included in first copies of the game. The video also teases a secret project.

Bandai Namco Entertainment previously streamed the game's first promotional video in December and a commercial in January.

Bandai Namco Entertainment will release the game on March 24.

The game turns the player into a student in Class 3-E, where he or she has to deal with school events, taking tests, and assassinating Koro-sensei between enrollment and graduation. The player trains with Nagisa, takes on missions with Karma, and interacts with classmates.

The first copies of the game will include download codes for four bonus exclusive 3DS themes and for a dress-up item for Koro-sensei, the latter of which is inspired by the Kochikame manga's main lead Kankichi Ryōtsu. The "Assassination Classroom 'experience' action" game will cost 5,700 yen (about US$47) at retail.

The game's title references Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project and other games in the same genre.
