Gundam Build Fighters Island Wars Anime Special's Promo Video, August 21 Premiere Unveiled

The Gundam.info portal site began streaming a promotional video for Gundam Build Fighters Try Island Wars, the television anime special for the Gundam Build Fighters Try anime series. The video reveals scenes from the anime special, and the special's premiere date of August 21 on TV Tokyo.
The video features the anime specials' theme song "The Last One" by BACK-ON. The band previously performed theme songs for both Gundam Build Fighters and Gundam Build Fighters Try.
The Gundam.info portal site also unveiled a new visual for the special, as well as visuals for the Gunpla models and characters appearing in the special.

The site also announced new model kits for the Scramble Gundam, the ZZII, and the Lightning Back Weapon System (BWS) Mk-III.
The special will feature Sekai Kamiki, Yuuma Kousaka, and Fumina Hoshino traveling to Nielsen Labs at a certain southern island, where they will reunite with their rivals. In addition to the Gunpla models featured in the television series, the special will feature new versions, including the Lightning Gundam Strider, the ZZII, and Scramble Gundam.
The first Gundam Build Fighters television anime series aired from October 2013 to March 2014. Gundam Build Fighters Try aired from October 2014 to April 2015. Gundam.info streamed both series with English subtitles as they aired in Japan. Right Stuf will release both the first Gundam Build Fighters season and Gundam Build Fighters Try on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in North America. The first season is slated for August 2, and the second season is slated for September 6. Both releases will have the English dub and the Japanese dub with English subtitles.
The Twitter account for the series had announced in April 2015 that the franchise would get several OVA projects.
