Edinburgh Scotland Loves Anime Tickets Available

Screening from October 17 to 23

Tickets are now available here for the Edinburgh leg of the 2016 Scotland Loves Anime festival. The venue is the Edinburgh Filmhouse.

The full Edinburgh line-up is as follows; the picture shows Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV which screens on Friday.

Monday October 17

8.30 p.m. - The Place Promised in Our Early Days (Makoto Shinkai)

Tuesday October 18

8.30 p.m. The Garden of Words/Voices of a Distant Star (Makoto Shinkai)

Wednesday October 19

8.30 p.m - Belladonna of Sadness

Thursday October 20

8.30 p.m. - Princess Arete (2001 film by Sunao Katabuchi, director of Mai Mai Miracle, Black Lagoon)

Friday October 21

1 p.m - Harmony

3.45 p.m. - Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV

6.20 p.m. - Accel World: Infinite Burst. This screening will be followed by a Q&A with Kohei Kawase, who executive produced the original Accel World series.

9 p.m. - Kizumonogatari: Parts 1 and 2

Saturday October 22

1 p.m. - Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice) - new Kyoto Animation film about a deaf schoolgirl.

4 p.m. - Momotaro, Sacred Sailors

6.40 p.m. - your name. (the new film by Makoto Shinkai), pictured.

9.10 p.m. - Redline

Sunday October 23

1 p.m. - Girls und Panzer der Film

3.45 p.m. - Pigtails (and other short films)
