Amazon Order Glitch with MVM Titles

'Cancellation' emails are a glitch, but customers may have to put their orders through again.
MVM Tweeted the following message on its feed.
For everyone who's pre-ordered our titles on Amazon and received an email saying it's been cancelled - They haven't! It's an Amazon glitch! We've contacted Amazon and they're working on it - though chances are you will have to put your order in with them again.
