Former BABYMETAL Member Yui Mizuno Ends Contract with Music Label

Musician will step away from entertainment
Music label and production company Amuse announced on Tuesday that former J-pop/metal band BABYMETAL member Yui Mizuno (YUIMETAL) has ended her contract with the company in a move to step away from the entertainment industry.
Mizuno stepped away from the media after departing from BABYMETAL in October 2018.
She shared a message on her company's website at the time expressing a desire to pursue her dreams as Yui Mizuno, but was struggling due to health issues.
The group initially formed in 2010 as an offshoot of the Sakura Gakuin idol group.
