Kodansha Creators' Lab Develops Attack on Titan Game for Roblox to Counter Unauthorized Modes

Kodansha Creators' Lab previewed a demo for a forthcoming Attack on Titan game mode for the popular game Roblox at the Tokyo Game Show event between September 25-28. The mode was a Tokyo Game Show beta build by independent game development studio Twin Atlas. According to a Kodansha Creators' Lab representative at the Tokyo Game Show, the Attack on Titan x Roblox game mode is being developed to counter unauthorized Attack on Titan game modes within the gaming platform.
A contest was held in late 2024 to decide which game development studio would helm the project. The three finalists, Twin Atlas, Bulk Games, and Ambr x Moze, were announced in mid-December 2024.
As of press time, there is no announced release date for the Attack on Titan x Roblox game mode.
American video game company Gamefam Studios launched a new Roblox game mode My Hero Academia: Ultimate, based on the anime, on September 6.
