CHRIS Added to Guest Roster for Otakon 2025

Washington, D.C. (June 3, 2025) – Illustrator and mangaka (comic artist) CHRIS will be a guest at Otakon 2025, according to Otakorp Inc. CHRIS is best known for the 2013 main illustration for "Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai" and "Snow Miku."

CHRIS's work can be found in various formats, including illustrations, designs, Nendoroids, manga and MV (music videos) throughout different fandoms.

In addition to the 2013 illustration of "Magical Mirai" and "Snow Miku," CHRIS's work includes: "Magical Mirai"-related illustrations & Nendoroids; MV & illustrations for the three-part collaboration series "Sarishinohara," "Yonjuunana," and "Akaito" with composer Mikito-P (known for the VOCALOID original songs "Roki" and "Shojo Rei") and singer Rib; manga for "Sarishinohara"; illustration for the novelized "Sarishinohara" with author Novala Takemoto, known for "Kamikaze Girls"; MV for the VOCALOID original song "Usotsuki Majo to Haiiro no Niji" for the artist Soraru from the music unit "After the Rain" with artist Mafumafu; MV work which served as the art motif for the novel and comic version of "Usotsuki Majo to Haiiro no Niji" written by Soraru.

CHRIS's latest work includes: illustration for "Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku: Project VOLTAGE"; support illustration for HoYoVerse's latest action RPG game, "Zenless Zone Zero"; and the manga in anthology comics for the Disney×ANIPLEX smartphone game "Disney Twisted Wonderland."

Otakon 2025 will be held from August 8-10, 2025 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
