TOWER OF GOD: NEW WORLD'S LATEST GAME UPDATE INTRODUCES SSR+ [ESCAPED] BETA, IGNITION WEAPON ENHANCEMENTS AND MORE
LOS ANGELES - JUNE 18, 2025 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, has released a brand-new update for its collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World, introducing two new Teammates and various content updates.
SSR+ [Escaped] Beta (Red Element, Assassin, Wave Controller) and [Dream Decision] Cherry La (Red Element, Mage, Wave Controller) have joined Tower of God: New World as new Teammates. Created as a living ignition weapon through experiments at the Workshop, Beta is characterized by his immortal and AoE skills. Cherry La, whose true name is Phonsekal Irure, is a powerful Wave Controller who can restrict enemies with her special moves.
[Escaped] Beta Release Celebration Festival is now running through July 2 to celebrate the arrival of Beta. Players are welcomed to enjoy various in-game events including Special Summons, Check-in Events, Boost Missions, TapTap Plus and more to receive valuable rewards such as Suspendiums.
The new update also features revamped Ignition Weapons that that demonstrate the core techniques of the Workshop. Players can use the Soul Dice and Ignition Dice to reroll the stat for an Ignition Weapon. Tower of God: New World is offering a higher chance for players to obtain an Ignition Weapon on the Secret Floor.
Other content updates include the Bingo Event and Melting Event that run through July 2. Players can also participate in new seasons of the Alliance Fleet Battle, Alliance Expedition, and Memorial Pocket.
